The Final Quest

For the last 28 and a half years (Tuesday is my half birthday), I have not been into learning all about the end times and that aspect of Christianity. I figured, we should live everyday like Jesus is returning, regardless of whether we were "in the end times" or not. My brother Paul remarked that without an understanding of this age, I will not be driven to truly live my life accordingly. I have been praying that God would show me the lies that I believe so that He will reveal His truth in my life. I believe He is doing just that.

Ohhh! TOM wrote that post. That makes sense. I was under the impression that Leah wrote it, and I was like "Leah's a Christian?!! Since WHEN?!!!".
So, thanks for shedding some light on that, Luke.

andy michael, shame on you. just because i don't cover my head and i speak freely in church doesn't mean i can't be a follower of christ. it's called the new covenant. and it's found in the
b-i-b-l-e. read it.

Can I bring my tambourine to this service?

Seriously, I want you guys to read this book regardless of what you prefer church to look like.

Hey guys, it's obvious that Luke wants to suck up to Tom here, so knock it off. If he cares enough about a another guy's feelings this much to write about it in Tom's wife's blog, we should all listen, and treat him as an adult. After all, he is the only gay in the group.

btw, I do intend to read this book. Is it a short book or more of an epic? Where did you buy it? How did you find out about it?

It's an easy read as reading goes, but very powerful in content and vision. My brother recommended it and it is eye opening to say the least.
tom

btw the comments about me writing on my wife's blog are pretty funny

Mohamed Sissoko's skill on the ball opened up the Blackburn defence but he opted to shoot when a pass to Boudewijn Zenden might have proved more productive.

though I'll probably never read that book . . . Rick Joyner and the rest of the Morningstar gang (Don Potter, Suzy Willis, etc) have put out some MIGHTY POWERFUL worship music. Though it's a tad on the 'charismatic' side and not very 'hip' or 'cool'; like the book you referred to, it is nothing short of life changing!
